Kayden Hamilton (aka Captain Aegirine) Location: Lounge Dice Roll: 6, 5, 10, 5, 7Huh. Kayden hesitated and then gave a small, relieved smile. “Thanks. I appreciate it.”
She really did appreciate it, and she took hold of the glass and relaxed. “It’s. So easy to fall back into it when I’m alone. I’ve really. I mean honestly I shouldn’t be just telling you all of this but. I’ve had a drink and a half already so I guess. I’m just.”
Lonely. She was lonely. And this was someone sympathetic…
And she needed people like that when she was feeling this way.
“I need people in my life but. I’m not. Great with keeping doors open, I suppose.”

Rylafen Del'Armgo (Sailor Pyrrhus)Location: Lobby It had been a long, long time since Ryla had been somewhere this lively.
Places like this had always existed. Maybe some of it was new, but a drinking and dancing establishment featuring an aquarium could have been on any number of planets in the past, and frankly, once he stepped inside, Ryla realized that he'd missed the thrum of hubs of activity.
It had been so long since he'd chased anything but violence and suffering.
This was a nice change.
He picked up one of the glow-stick things, twirling it between his fingers with interest. Fun, bright--a clever little decorative thing.
"Y'know, it's silly, but I'm curious about the aquarium. Also, if we go to the bar, I'm going to drain your wallet, because I haven't had good alcohol in--" he stopped himself and glanced around, before picking back up "--a long, long time, and unlike your boyfriend, I very much do drink."

Tristan Bautista (Captain Staurolite) Location: Dance Floor Dice Roll: 10
While he didn’t feel particularly out of place, Tristan didn’t feel like he fit in, in this place, either. Between the loud music and the wide variety of patrons ranging from the perfectly pleasant to horribly obnoxious and everything in between–not to mention the drunk variety–he was quickly reminded of how much he actually disliked being on the front-facing side of customer service.
The customer service aspect of nursing was probably the main reason he loved his job as an OR nurse. While he still dealt with patients, it was in far less capacity compared to working on the floor or in a clinic somewhere.
Of course, dislike or not, discomfort or not, he was the model volunteer for the evening.

Tristan Bautista (Captain Staurolite) Location: Dance Floor Dice Roll: 10, 1
Tristan had a bright, if practiced, smile on his face as he dealt with anyone and anything that came his way while he maneuvered through the crowd. He very smoothly swapped out people’s dulled glowsticks, gave directions, answered what questions he could, and on a couple of instances he helped someone back to a seat at their request because they partied just a little too hardy and needed a break, and probably some water.
The night was progressing smoothly enough all things considered though, he thought as he made a few more rounds through the dance floors. Eventually, though, he moved off drop off everything he’d collected so far.

Tristan Bautista (Captain Staurolite) Location: Private Room Dice Roll: 10, 1, 10
Moving into a quieter space to help clean up was a welcome relief for his ears and personal energy levels. Not that he was being drained or anything–he was very mindful of his starfish pin–but just being out in such a high-energy space was draining in its own way. In a more private room, he focused on cleaning and collecting glowsticks that were left behind by patrons who had called it a night.
Lucky them, he thought with a little sigh as he got to tidying up. Checking his watch, he noted he was a little over halfway through his shift. With another sigh, he shifted his focus back to cleaning up. No sense in focusing too much on the time; it wouldn’t move any faster if he stared down his watch, anyway.

Tristan Bautista (Captain Staurolite) Location: Private Room Dice Roll: 10, 1, 10, 3
Keeping to task helped to pass the time; he was that much closer the next time he actually glanced at his watch. It cheered him up a bit, and he almost glided about the new private room he stepped into. He moved from a janitorial role to waitstaff, and he helped the patrons in this new room order drinks and clean up what was on the tables and such. Here, there were fewer glowsticks, but that didn't take away the skip in his step as he stepped outside to put an order in for them.
“How many hats can I wear for tonight,” he said in a quiet, sing-song voice as he went. It caught the attention of two passers-by, though he smiled their questioning looks away and offered to help them if they needed anything.
Which, surprise, they did.

Tristan Bautista (Captain Staurolite) Location: Private room Dice Roll: 10, 1, 10, 3, 10
It was toward the end of his night, so it only made sense that he was closing it out with some dinner. He hadn’t eaten for most of the evening, and while that was excusable (at least for him) while he was at his regular job, here there was a fully decked out kitchen that he easily had access to. After picking up the dinner that he ordered during a quick stop at the bar, he settled into a corner of a recently emptied private room and started into his meal.
As expected, it was delicious, so he finished it in no time flat, and as a bonus his watch went off just as he settled back in his chair to relax a little bit, which brought a smile to his face.
“Done and done,” he said as he pulled his phone out to shoot Hannah a text to let her know that he’d be home soon.

Character Name: Captain Arsenolite/EmmettLocation: Lounge Dice Roll: 3, 9, 7, 9 He tried to stifle a laugh—seeing Sable's concern over the fact that he'd never drunk anything other than beer was just... Okay, he knew people felt strongly about the kinds of alcohol they drank, but he'd never had anyone try to get him to drink something else. Not that he was objecting, far from it. He figured he might as well try it out—he was in a pretty safe place, all things considered, and doubted anyone would try to mess with him too much. He'd never much liked the idea of completely losing control over himself. This felt a little different, at least. "Uh, the kind with beer, please," he requested of the bartender. He had no idea what he was about to drink, but he was sure it would be fun. He grinned at Sable. "Let's see if you have good taste."

Laike Yinchen (AG Niter)Location: Aquarium Hallway Dice Roll: 10, 7, 3, 6 And thennnn she left. Laike sighed. He wasn't very good at people.
The other person (Preston)stepped in, though, so he didn't have time to think about what he did and how he could've done it better. Laike was only half paying attention when he introduced himself, and at first he thought he heard Pretzel, but that couldn't be right. "I'm Laike," he offered in return.
Looking up at the other swimming sea creatures, he replied lukewarmly. "I guess so? I mean, when we saw them at… The staff meeting… Hmm, how do I say this… I thought they must have had an affinity for that space? I dunno, though.
"Sorry, I'm not super good at talking to people."
To Magnus, he added, "Maybe? I mean…" He lowered his voice as well. "They could just say they're rotating them out for maintenance."Haspira Malik (Corrupt Super Psilomelane)Location: Dance Floor Dice Roll: 10, 7 She blinked, confused, at the way Mier responded. She didn't know how to take the compliment — was it a good thing, or something offensive? She shot him a confused look, but the conversation soon moved forward.
Regardless, whatever that was didn't affect the end result she wanted. He took the lead in wading through the moving crowd and she followed, dodging anyone who came a touch too close. Sometimes she had to rest a warning hand on someone's back so they knew there was company behind them, and other times, she had to think quickly else she get stomped by a dancer with two left feet. It was easy enough for her to keep up, though.
"Here's good," she said, once they were in the thick of it. The crowding was close, but they had enough room that they could dance with each other and draw some eyes. From what she'd seen on TV, people usually liked seeing such spectacles and catching any souvenirs from it. She'd seen it in just about every movie, so Haspira figured that had to be true.

General Chalcanthite Aloysius SharpLocation: Lobby Dice Roll: 3 Settling into the lobby, making sure his pin was adjusted on the knot of his tie, Aloysius already felt uncomfortable as he saw a few students who roamed the campus grounds. Liam was right though, they wandered past getting their stamps and taking glowsticks all without paying him much mind as he kept to the edges for now. At first, he wanted to meet up to make sure that Akito wouldn't get in trouble if their other half didn't show up. He'd gotten the feeling that they were the one prone to the night life or taking risks and their other half was the one to reel it in. It was a bit reassuring in his opinion that he wasn't the only one who needed that bit of balance that came from his fiance. Liam was close but he knew they might go look for Melody for now as he got set up and started to work, that's what he needed to focus on. It would be harder if he went to the lounge but that would be an inevitability if he wanted to keep up on collecting the glowsticks. If he needed them they were only a thought away since he'd made sure they wore the other earring. Sleet Tempest Snape Looking for Akito and Liam mentioned

Aelius Drayson // Corrupt Eternal Heliodor Location: Lounge Dice Roll: 9, 2, 2, 5 While Aelius had expected a lashing for his comment, where said lashing came from surprised him. Jealousy flared to anger. Aelius didn’t even notice when Ren made a hasty retreat, his focus purely on the man he’d come to the club with.
“You stand there and tell me I’am going to far, when you let him make remarks towards me or completely ignore me. He gets a ‘play nice’ and I get admonished like a small child.” The drink in his hand sloshed a bit over the rim of the flute, wetting his hands and dripping from the stem. Aelius completely unbothered by it, continued on.
“Come on Waru, you damn well know the remark about paying someone was not directed at you in any way. I am sorry if you may have took it that way. But, I know you can’t be ******** bought for damn anything and it baffles my mind what the hell you see in someone who is so far up his own a**.
“But, be damned my own feelings about Ren. I need to behave and play nice while he instigates? No. Sorry. If that’s what you want from me, then go back to one of your numerous lovers' homes. I am not going to put up with being put down like that. You have been drilling it into my head the past few months that I should have more faith in myself, my capabilities, and to not belittle myself. Are you saying I should let others do it? Not to mention, you damn well know I can’t stand that man and seeing him rub all up on you was…” He stopped himself and drank down the sparkling drink. Lips tightened in narrow line as he swallowed.
Through this all, he kept his voice steady and even-toned. Never raising it beyond a normal conversation level. Too bad for anyone too close to them, they could hear the whole exchange, but those prying ears further away would need to strain if they wanted to tune in. Aelius’s eyes and body clearly denoted there was some sort of argument going on.
“I don’t feel much like dancing anymore.” He said plainly and held up a few of his still bright glowsticks. “There’s more important things right now.” He reached over and set down his glass on the bar.

Mauvian MagnusLocation: Aquarium Hallway Dice Roll: 8, 1, 8, 10 The tip of the mau’s tail beat gently against Laike’s back in thought. “Mmmm…perhaps…”
The new person to speak up and engage Laike was another dark haired youth. As Laike mentioned not being able to speak to other people, Magnus gently nipped the top of Laike’s ear. “You’re doing fine.” He assured. And then contented himself with listening in on their conversation.
Magnus enjoyed listening from his perch on Laike’s shoulders, eyes darting to a mechanical fish now and then that moved too quickly out of the corner of his eye. If only the fish were real. They’d make a lovely snack. “Do you think they have food here and kept with the theme by serving fish?” Magnus was a bit hopeful for that. Beyond helping with the logistics of how certain things worked, he really knew nothing about the space and what it offered.

Samir (General Lopezite) Location: Lounge Dice Roll: 9, 10, 10, 9
If Samir noticed anything unpleasant about January’s hand, he didn’t say it. He smiled warmly and withdrew his hand, and maybe he understood that this could be a high stress environment, or maybe he really just didn’t notice.
He didn’t hold the contact for longer than what was socially necessary, and when he stepped back he took his place by Jacob’s side. He wasn’t sure exactly what Jacob said to January after he arrived but he didn’t feel the need to pry; it seemed like Marissa might have heard more than he did.
Samir was easygoing; he didn’t think the club was the best place to get to know anyone or to catch up. There was a lot going on, and a lot of people moving around. In this lighting, it wasn’t always even easy to see who was wearing a pin.
“A spar?” Samir asked, and though he laughed he couldn’t help but ask, “Not dinner or something?”
