☔April Showers☔ Bring 🌺May Flowers🌺 I want to preface this by saying thank you so much to both MindScum and Indigo_Plateau for providing me with some amazing sketches. I've wanted to run this event since 2019 and thanks to them I'm able to finally meet that goal. This is a free raffle from us to you, and I hope everyone has fun with the prompts, I look forward to reading them. For outfits with a ** there are, or will be, multiple color variations to choose from. 🌼 Procedure As you can see only lines/flats are available to view at this time. Worry not, I'll be working on shading them throughout this next week and should hopefully have them finalized by the end of the raffle.
Will not do: Tattoos, scars, facial hair. If another artist is willing to help with this, great. But if you're relying on me then prepare for disappointment. I will not be adding accessories to the template, the outfit comes as is.
Will do: I will be editing the skin and eye color to match your character. If the character does not have reference art (un-arted civ) I ask that you please give me the hex code number. Lastly, I'll add the hairstyle to the template, this will look like a disaster but trust the process.
WIPs will be sent out via Discord only.
Any outfit not won in this raffle will be given to the shop to use in future staff-run events, this includes any recolors or changes in patterns. 🌹 RulesThis is for existing characters only. As of 05/24/2023 I've received permission for the raffle to be for new civilians as well. However, any not won in this event will be given to the shop to use in future events and at that time will be open to new civilian art.

Each prompt is worth one ticket and can only be done once. Solos must be a minimum of 500 words. Regulars and Battles must be completed (not just 500 word count). Update: Regular and battles only need to hit 500 words but it must be clear what prompt is being written.
Raffle spots will be rolled in order as listed above, you may only win one alt-civilian art. Winners will be added to the cooldown list.
If you are entering for a new civilian, the quest must be approved first before I will finish the art. You'll have until July 10th to have it approved otherwise it will be given back to the shop.

Perfect time to go get some of those errands taken care of. Unfortunately, while you were shopping, heavy clouds rolled in and it began pouring outside. Do you chance it and run for your car or duck inside the nearest shop until the weather clears up? Quote: Prompt 1.5: If you chose to go inside the shop, your character is greeted by a friendly cashier with a kind smile. While perusing the shop you notice that they have what looks like kids umbrella's shaped like various animals. Cute but is it worth the chance of being seen by a friend or co-worker with one of these above your head? Quote: Prompt 2: You're singing in the rain ♪♫♪ Just singing in the rain!♪♫ Quote: Prompt 3: The most severe rainy days are now behind us, YAY! However, the weeds in the garden/yard have become overgrown, seems like it's time to roll up those sleeves, grab some gardening gloves and add some color to liven things up. What new plants do you add to the flower bed or do you have anything but a green thumb where plants just won't thrive? Quote: Prompt 4:There is a tulip festival going on at the end of the month, perhaps now is a good time as any to find a cute new outfit to take that special someone out on a date, or maybe take the family out while the weather is nice.
