Please post your gift quests in this this sub-forum, but you don't necessarily need your character to approach Grandfather Tree.
Canonically enemies & allies can have their vision quest anywhere in Vykeli, but they need to interact with a Blue Crystal in some manner to receive their vision.
Enemies and Allies require a Blue Crystal for each vision quest (giftless -> apprentice, apprentice -> adept). Please make sure you have one in your inventory when you post your form!
