Two slots, New Powered or Powered Upgrade will be available from 7.6.18 @ 5:00 pm until 7.8.18@ 5:00 pm EST.
Slots:
- Powered Character -- New or Upgrade. (Rare Character's Allowed)

General Rules --
- You must be eligible for the slot you are applying for. Please read the shop rules and check the Art Cooldown Thread to see if you are eligible.
These are single stage contracts only. I will not do all 3 stages at once. If you wish for me to do the growth once all rp requirements are fulfilled please PM me and I'll pick them up.
I will not do redraws. Splices and minor edits are fine only if you are changing the basic gender of the template or very minor face changes.
Please use the entry templates provided below and fill them out completely.
One entry per person!
These slots are for your own ItNotM character only! No reserving slots for others and proxies.

Powered Character Rules --
- No Corrupt Senshi or Guardian Cats
This slot counts as a New Powered character for purposes of art cooldown.
If you are posting for a completely new character (not an upgrade) you have the option to also pay for their Civilian art. If your character attends one of the schools they will be done on the school uniform art. Otherwise they will get a basic outfit (please have some reference for this in their quest)
You must have a completed quest for these slots! No CC designs (elements are fine). If you are having trouble getting design references polyvore is my favorite thing.

Civilian Entry Rules --
- This slot can be either for an alt-outfit or a completely new character
