She reached the apex of the mountain again and surveyed the landscape. To the left was a sand whale munching on some wyvern eggs. Old news, at this point. To the right were more wyvern eggs. She collected one happily.

And in the forest...was another giant snake. The problem with snakes was that they were really big, and really quite inescapable. It flattened her egg in a matter of seconds. Back up the mountain Puella went!

Okay, forest time. Puella scanned the horizon for obstacles.
Luckily here the sand whale had nowhere to hide. Puella stuck her tongue out at it as she cut a wide path. There was no way she was putting herself anywhere near it with cargo this precious in tow.
