Rules 'n' What-not

Open for submissions until Friday, July 18th at 3pm EST. If I am not home to roll at that time, I will accept posts until I officially get online to close and roll!

1. These are for alt art, so you must have an already acquired ItNotM character to enter!
2. You can only post for one character, so choose wisely~
3. No proxies.
4. Check out the Art Cooldown Registry and make sure you're clear to enter.
5. Please use the form below.
6. If you have RPed between June 1st - July 15th, you will receive one extra raffle ticket.
7. This alt civ raffle is for beach themed outfits! Please link to any references you may have for what your character would wear at the beach~ You can use individual images, Polyvore, or a written description.

Outfit References: A bright pink, strapless bandeau bikini top that looks like a big bow. A pair of bloomer-style bottoms accompany it, colored navy with white polka dots. (Here are a couple more refs for the style of her bottoms, [x] [x]) On her feet are a pair of sandals decorated with white gems. Her hair is loosely twisted into a French braid up top, wending its way into a full ponytail.

Outfit References: Hawaiian shirt (likes these, but maybe with a pattern sort of like this, if do able, either a dark base or a neutral is fine with any sort of hawaiian-y pattern), aviator sunglasses folded into a pocket or into the top of shirt (or on top of hair), dusty red or khaki shorts. boring ol' flip flops. add or alter anything you'd like * on regular base as he's aged out of the chibi base.
