If you have been following current pridal plots, you may be already aware that the pride is in the midst of a severe drought! This thread will serve as a collection of RPs relating to the prompt, and also keep a current log of where the plot stands for people not necessarily interested in playing.

What you should know [ICly]:
- The regents are calling together a meeting for all to voice their opinions and decide what is to be done to conserve water.
- Many soldiers and guards are calling for the right to drink first over civilian classes. Others suggest cutting out cubs, injured lions and civilian classes entirely.
- All lions are given a drink twice a day at the one mud pool that remains. The pool is under a constant guard rotation, to keep anyone from taking too much.
- The pride's natural water-seekers are under a lot of stress. The volunteer water-seekers may hold some resentment towards them.
- The Hongshan lions, a group of recently joined soldiers, are spreading rumors about the pride that destroyed theirs. They fear that if the Motoujamii weakens, the Nergui may target them. But actual information about the Nergui is scarce.
What you should know [OOCly]:
- Breeding/rogue joining will stay open, we're not going to curb your plots.
- If you are interested in getting a high rank in the pride, this is the time! Activity will weigh highly in your favor.
- There will be several stages to the plot, and the pride will have the majority control. There will be a few times when we will call for a vote, and the plot will change accordingly. Keep an eye out for these polls if you want to guide the pride in the direction your character would want!
