THIS IS HALLOWEEN'S DECEMBER CUSTOMS Welcome to TiH's FIRST EVER open customs! Before we get started please read the bleeding rules and make sure you understand how this works. Failure to obey the rules might get you disqualified thank you.

This goes for all student stages (aka: if you want your student growth to push ahead of the line and are purchasing it by customs instead of waiting, you still need to pay this price). You are paying for YOUR FIRST YEAR ART. Price breakdown:- 600K is the base price for a custom. After that PLEASE TACK ON THE AMOUNT BELOW: + 50K for MINOR details (hair, ears, clothes, etc etc, the regular stuff) + 100K for REGULAR details (wings, tails, "busier" clothing) + 150K for MAJOR DETAILS (severe skeletal structure, highly detailed wings or tails, scales, patterns, etc etc) If you are having issues knowing if your student custom is detailed or not, please give the mule (WE ARE HALLOWEEN) a pm.

THIS IS GREAT BUT I WANT TO ENTER!Ok, awesome, here are some guidelines to get you started:
RULES:
- ANYONE can enter, you can enter if you already have a student or not
- When customs are officially marked 'OPEN' in the title, please fill out the form below.
- YOU MUST HAVE A QUESTING THREAD BE ELIGIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, if you do not have one simply make one NOW before the customs time closes and fill out required information needed
- Before we roll for winners, the staff must quality check your questing threads. That means we will be looking at EACH thread, and skimming it very briefly to make sure that you followed the 'This is Halloween' rules and guidelines.
- If you are UNSURE if your student is okay or fulfills the conditions PLEASE give these a read. Character quests and you!, Fear and You!, The Human World and You!. If you need additional help, it does not hurt to ask the thread OR if you are really desperate, pm the mule. Please only pm the mule as a last resort.
- Once you think your quest is ready, and you have posted the form below, after all customs have been posted to the deadline, there will be a 24 hour grace period. If your quest does not qualify your post will be edited with a red NOT ACCEPTED. You'll have 24 hours to update your quest to fit within the shop world and rules. Failure to do so will omit you from the raffle.
- After those 24 hours, a list will be compiled with all "okayed" entries, and winners will be chosen.
- These customs are OPEN CUSTOMS meaning you are okay with any available colourist taking your slot!
- If your custom is selected, please note that you will still NEED TO GET YOUR CHARACTER OFFICIALLY APPROVED

CUSTOMS AVAILIBILITY exclaim CUSTOMS ARE OPEN FROM NOW UNTIL DEC 7TH @ 11:59 PM PST A 24 hour grace period will be in effect after that as we look over all customs, and potentially ask you to fix yours. After that the thread will be open for:
2 OPEN ROLLS - The entire list will be rolled and 2 winners will be picked up by the colourist team (names TBA)
