The weyr
Due to the gender issues, and Feylith's temperamental tendencies, the two currently abide alone. Tethis has few personal possessions, and the ones she does have are scattered about the weyr haphazardly. The only item she has that seems to be secured is her trunk; within it, who knows what she holds? The only known item is her stash of Benden wines- a personal favorite of hers, and one she would like to have on hand should she ever "entertain."
The Wingrider Assignment
IC, this is decided by D'rak, the Weyrleader, by random lots he picked out of a hat. He will tell them, however, that he picked them based off of their IC skill set. There would have been an IC announcement, but it was given off-screen. Riders who don't like their wing assignment are free to set up an appointment to try and get transferred.
Wingriders may be transferred again or promoted (or perhaps demoted) at any time based on their IC actions. (NPCs, too!)
Rakyth's Wing
Wingleader: I'dan of Bronze Rakyth (NPC)
Wingsecond: U'rad of Brown Mornanth (NPC)
Wingriders:

Tethis of Blue Feylith

Things to Assume OOC:
Because it's not practical to expect everyone can find time to RP every single IC wing practice, things need to be assumed OOC to have happened. These things are as follows:
For both wings:
- Practice is at least once a day (relatively short) and it will be taken very seriously. It includes drills, verbal lessons and mental preparation.
- All dragons are expected to behave, pay attention and do their best.
- Ill-behaved dragons and their riders will be assigned extra chores by their Wingleader. Telgar still suffers from a shortage of dragons and thus they require everyone to be on the same page. Troublemakers will be given so much work that they would not have the time nor the energy to cause any more trouble.
- Extra training of female riders to ensure their success is considered normal behaviour.
For Rakyth's wing:
- I'dan expects diligence from his riders, but does not require their complete obedience. He is happy to listen to their concerns and their ideas for wing drills, and will stick up for his Wingriders (provided that they work hard for him). Female bluerider Tethis will find him to be quite open-minded compared to most Telgar folk, though this may be because he treats her like she's one of his guys. Expect some manly arm slaps after wing drills.
- U'rad is very easy to piss off, and the first to run at the mouth if someone makes a mistake. Though he has a good eye for things that need improvement, it's a very critical one, and his verbal blows often have to be softened by I'dan. Both he and his brown Mornanth come to drills expecting to work, and do not like drill time being interrupted. If I'dan invites his riders to a drink in the dining hall, U'rad rarely if ever accepts his invitations. Essentially, expect to only see U'rad at work.
- I'dan of bronze Rakyth is the new Telgar Weyrleader! Those who were in his wing have been promoted to Weyrleader's Wing, which is quite the honour. Not everyone is getting manly shoulder pats, however. Tethis of Blue Feylith: while her Weyrleader still supports her and considers her 'one of his boys', others of the Weyr are not quite as forgiving. There are rumours that bronzeriders are pushing to have Tethis removed from this wing in order to 'keep with tradition.' Though no one has outright done anything yet – as is the Telgar way – she should be careful. There is a considerable amount of unrest at her promotion.

Dates of Import (IC)
[8 turns]: At almost nine turns she gets into the fight that is the "Straw to break the camel's back" and is sent away from Harper Hall.
[9.5 turns]: While visiting her mother, Tethis is cast as a runnerbeast in a play; she gets into a few fights afterwards, which cause her to go home a sevenday early.
[11.5 turns]: She gets into the accident that scars her back.
[12.5 turns]: She is apprenticed to Seacraft Hall.
[15 turns]: She assists Jada and Folen in the bubbly pie debacle; She is Searched. A few days later, she Impresses to Feylith.

Tethis was pissed off.
Tethis was frightened.
s**t was going down at Telgar Weyr far too fast for her comfort level. Kaveth had Risen, elevating Malkai to Weyrwoman, and Rakyth had flown her. I'dan, her wingleader, would he be leaving? Who would be in charge of her wing now? She shuddered at the thought, shoving herself up off the bed, pacing. She was trying to keep her troubled thoughts from Feylith, but it was hard when his concern was beating at her.
To top this, Malkai and Iva both had gone to High Reaches. Not much was known but that there was a Quarantine. The Plague? Shards! The blonde fought the urge to pull out her hair.
Mine, perhaps we should-
"Shut UP, Feylith!" Tethis roared at her dragon, who immediately cried out in surprise and pain as though she had physically assaulted him. Her mind was battered with waves of his nervousness, his apology. His own fear. And immediately she burst into frustrated, frightened tears, running over to where he lay curled and flinging herself down next to him.
It will be fine, right Tethismine? the blue sounded so very anxious and childlike. How could she have screamed at her heart like that? She curled into the watery hide, feeling his sides move up and down under her. He was strong and sturdy as a ship. And as frightened as a babe, as frightened as she herself was. She couldn't show her fear, however. There were... reasons. Closing her teal eyes she let herself feel his breathing, relaxing.
"Yes, my love. It will all be fine."
Would it?
