Rider Name: D'iant Rider Age: 32 Rider Gender: Male Rider Sexuality: Het
Rider Appearance: Dark brown hair he keeps tied at the nape of his neck. It just barely hangs to his shoulder blades and he never likes for it to be loose. His eyes are a murky olive, and his skin is fairly tanned. He is a bit on the tall side, standing roughly 5'7 and muscled out enough to look healthy.
Rider History: D'iant was born Diante to a lower caverns woman and a Bluerider he never did hear the name of. He was raised among the other weyrbrats and spent much of the time in the kitchens. He started out as being never one to follow any rules, and was sentenced to his fair share of peeling tubers and other chores.
Once he was old enough to be considered a Candidate, the rules started to all finally make sense. Of course they had to sit quiet and listen to lessons. Of course there was no fighting. A fight could get you injured, and injured you never Impress. Once he had this little epiphany, he was almost a model candidate. He only fought or argued when an older candidate, or one who had been Searched challenged him or mocked him over his near-addiction to following the rules.
He was nearly 18 turns when he finally did Impress. The clutch was small and the odds were fairly against all of the candidates. He just lucked out that His was among those in the clutch this time. He followed every weyrling rule diligently and fawned over his dragon with attention to every detail given in their lessons.
Rider Personality: A little rough around the edges, but overall a good guy. He's a stickler for rules, and if he sees a candidate, or anyone really, breaking any sort of rule in his line of sight... Well, they're in for either a mouthful of why rules are important for keeping a Weyr in good, running order and not falling apart, or some snide comments to watch themselves and keep in mind what they are doing. The latter would be just mumbled if the rulebreaker happens to be a Bronzerider. When there isn't any compromising of the rules happening, he's generally in good spirits. It takes a pretty harsh insult to get under his skin.

Dragon Name: Tinnuth Dragon Color: Green Dragon Appearance: --
Dragon Personality: Rules, and a set order to things makes Tinnuth a very content dragon. Nearly as much as a nice oiling or warm sunny ledge would do. When there is a lack or rules or orders in place, she can start getting antsy. If D'iant doesn't step in with suggestions for their own rules for whatever situation it is, Tinnuth's mind can start whirling with every negative possibility no matter how far-fetched it may seem. Everything is either black or white for this green. There either are rules, and therefor a nice, safe, controlled environment; or there is chaos and things to go terribly wrong in a moment's notice.
For this, Tinnuth isn't quite sure what to make of firelizards. They seem too free spirited at times, and that threatens the order that she sees set in stone. If a well behaved flit happens by, she is much more at ease with them, but if there is a flit nearby who seems to be getting into trouble or ignoring any orders from His or Hers, then Tinnuth will try to send the flit away.. or look intimidating to the flit's owner and have them leave that way.
Why did this dragon choose this rider?: Rules mean order, and order means nothing can go wrong. Tinnuth very much likes this way of life and a candidate who shared that same state of mind among the eager voices and the rambunctious was just the little ray of sense that she wanted to find. The first words to D'iant were not a dragon asking for food, they were Mine, these rulebreakers all around us. They don't know what they do, rules are important! We will show them.

Much to Tinnuth's ease, D'iant has no flits at this time.
