Super Corrupt Cryolite
Location: G3 --> E4
Action: With Nikki and Crew - Attacking Herold!
Hp: 66 - 16 = 50
Attack/Heal: 7 + 5 (Rank) = 12
Roll: 7

How is this my reality——

Wolves at their door, literally. Furred, clawed, circling with glowing yellowed gaze and words that would’ve pierced if only they weren’t so gentle a question—

So gentle a question in the midst of a storm, and he’d nearly forgotten how strange it was, in between the literal hell-storm of a maelstrom, about how fuxking strange it must’ve seemed to anyone on the outside looking in; he a corrupt amidst a sphere of order.

Save he didn’t feel it was strange, not with the orders given and his heart trying to fly out of the hole in his chest—

There had been orders, hadn’t there? And he hadn’t understood them until this claxion of a culmination point. How important it was to get along right now — for the sake of themselves — for the sake of everything.

How insane—-

And no, they had never met, and no he was not enjoying the light show! Not a single bit! The end of the world was not his cup of tea in the slightest!! He made to open his mouth, to answer the wolf, to say anything that made a lick of sense and sounded not a h it traitorous—-

But Nikki’s uncle beat him to it, wildly so, with double the insanity.

My entire life has devolved into a mad-house — I’m a circus bear amongst clowns — no — I’m the tent they hold their insane clown court within!!

A rent he felt was ripping at the seams, and flying away with the storm——

“I’m so sorry about him—-“ because it was all he could think to say in the aftermath of Prometheis statement, the whiplash he felt mirrored on Wolframites face. “I think he’s always like this with everyone and—“ He didn’t know why he was making excuses, why he was still yapping - even as Prometheis words made his jaw drop, and another general joining in made him blush with something other than exertion and rage at the high stakes of things.

The twisted realization that the whole of the world when boiled down to its final moments was simply made up of *Albites* — just — was it possible? The universe was one ill-timed, sex cliche, of a joke away from turning in on itself; ravenously, with x-rated hunger?

“Why ******** it when you embodie it so wholly! Honestly, my god, what the actual hell was that—“ as affronted on the wolves behalf as he was offended that promethei apparently did just flirt with damn near anything that had a pulse and was male!! Or had the man genuinely believed the wolf was propositioning someone?!

Cryolite couldn’t fathom it — the talk of flavors and the answer coming from the other general fading into background noise as he was suddenly tugged along…

Towards a center mass of order and ENCKE and —<********—“ fire to frying pan, was this what that felt like? Watching Nikki’s fading pinks and following at a more hurried pace, throwing up a miasma of mist like a smoke screen in order to shield himself from embarrassment. To hide himself from his enemies — his friends — the snake — to mail and maim the twisted world devouring b*****d that had dared bring them all to this point!! Even as lightning tripped his steps, raked his form, had him stumbling short of breath into an all new, slightly less terrifying than the snake and wolf, cluster.

I hope I survive—

I hope Encke forgets me—

Pouch Items: Used Berry, Used Pin. Bracelet On!
Quote:
Inside each bag are three items:
A tiny pin with a purple diamond; it is roughly the size of a dime and can be attached to any fabric material. - Attaching to Sash.
A round, purple berry that was firm to the touch and smelled sweet; it had a soft skin and was roughly the size of a cherry tomato. - Saving in Bag in Subspace.
A bracelet that demands to be worn; something about it compels you to keep on your person. It is simple silver but has a multi-faceted, raindrop shaped gemstone charm dangling from it. The teardrop shaped gemstone has a silver glint to it and might have appeared clear if it weren’t for the swirling white mist trapped inside. Energy hummed inside these crystals–harvested, stored. Waiting to be used. There is a familiarity about them, though it may be hard to place. The Negaverse might feel as if it is a strange summoning, a call to arms. -- Wearing It.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: "Sublime Deposition!"
Cryolite says the word, and his body temperature magically drops to below freezing. He is not affected by this, but anyone who comes in contact with him will feel as though they are touching dry ice and will feel as if they are suffering mild frostbite for as long as they are touching him, and for up to twenty seconds after they break contact. While he is channeling his magic, it will appear as if he is sublimating into a chilly, foggy vapor. The illusion of the cascading fog will billow off of Cryolite and spread in a ten foot radius of wherever he moves. Anyone who passes through this vapor will feel as if ice crystals are beginning to grow on their skin; the air is so cold that players stuck in the fog may freeze up and have difficulties moving, panic from the sudden flash freeze, or have breathing difficulties that result in coughing and choking from the severe cold.

No physical or lasting damage is done in this magic, only the very uncomfortable mental sensation of such. However, players can choose to sustain any lasting damage in the form of chills or up to mild frostbite.

AOE Range: 10 Feet from him
Duration: 30 Seconds
Number of uses: 2
Number of targets: All enemies within the AOE

Mystras, Squire of Jupiter
Location:
Action: Attacking CH
Total: 5 + 5 = 10
HP: 52 - 0 = 52

She'd been fighting the giant sky snake, but she'd been keeping an eye on the others, too, as best as she could. Stromboli and Onasilos. Pendour and Abzu.

She saw her sister go down. Saw her dissolve.

Oh <********>. Oh ******** no.

Whatever Mystras had been feeling before, now it narrowed down to pinpointed rage.

The lightning in her eyes matched the lightning around her in the sky, and she screamed, hammer out, magic going, putting everything she could into the attack against the monster. She could think later.

Yvoire, Knight of Ganymede
Page 25 Page 30 Page 49 Page 63 Page 78
Location: D8
Action: Attacking the CH. Huddling closer to Dering.
Total: 10 + 10 (rank) = 20
HP: 74 (89 - 15)

It’ll be enough, Dering said.

Yvoire didn’t know if that was true. He hoped it was, but against a power so vast… Hope itself might not be enough. What they did here might not be enough. The Calamitous Hollow was like nothing he’d ever seen before. Saving other worlds had begun to feel commonplace, but none of those places were Earth. None of them were home. Dad was there, oblivious, while this thing fired a blast of lightning so powerful they couldn’t see through the resulting explosion. A dark cloud concealed anything that might remain.

Earth had to be there. It had to be.

No reassurances soothed him. The close proximity of his friends was all that kept Yvoire from breaking down. He breathed slow and deep—quiet, like he could conceal it from them. He didn’t believe Amarynthos’ smile. He didn’t believe Reims’ bravado. He didn’t believe Ephesus’ calm. Dering played his lute like it was the only thing keeping him standing. They were all worried. They were all afraid.

What could they do but press on? Yvoire sent more magic above. The Calamitous Hollow was still so large, and he felt so small. Lightning struck, ripping tears in reality. Yvoire averted his eyes, like he’d be dragged through if he looked too long—strange colors and swirling galaxies, stars in arrangements he didn’t know.

The shield beyond their own failed and the Calamitous Hollow came crashing down.

They still had Dering’s shield.

They were all still standing.

For how long, Yvoire wondered.

He took a supportive step closer to Dering—too wary to touch, too nervous to speak, but too afraid for more than a step’s worth of distance.

Corporal Caelyna
Location: F3
Action: Attacking the Hollow; a little panicked
Total: 5 + 5 = 10
HP: 103 - 26 - 0 (lightning absorbed!) = 77

Caelyna’s chest clenched. The Commodore was pouring so much into the shield—it was almost frightening. She didn’t want to see what happened when it failed, but that moment seemed closer and closer.

And with a hole ripped through space to show them all Planet Earth, under assault by the Hollow, all she could do was hope that they had done enough.

And their shield came down, and another jolt of fear—first for the Commodore, and then the sudden realization that they were no longer useful. That anyone might decide that with their shield being down, the Vanguard might make an inviting target.

She hoped that those who had gathered to help would defend them, if it came to it.

The lightning arced away from them. Somewhere, someone was protecting them, as they’d tried to protect everyone.

And as the scales rained down, distantly, she decided that she ought to keep one—this was not the only Herald of the Dark Star, after all.

So she found one and tucked it into her subspace, and hoped that they made it long enough for it to be a valuable research tool.

Deep in her heart, Caelyna wished she was stronger. She wished that he was half the woman her sister had been; wished that she had the strength to stand and command the way Velyria surely would have. But all she could be was herself, and all she could give in that moment was her best.

So she leapt up, slashing at the Hollow’s underbelly, and tried not to think about the fear that had settled in her heart.

General Ashanite
Location: A7
Action: Rage at Andesine going down; attacking the Hollow with all his strength!
Total: 2 + 10 = 12
HP: 57 - 26 - 18 = 13

The Hollow had managed to tear a path to Earth.

Ashanite was not one for prayer, generally. There were few higher powers he could imagine respecting, at this point. Metallia, sure, but she wasn’t exactly the kind of entity one prayed to—or at least, Ashanite wasn’t inclined to pray to her.

And yet, in that moment, he did—a silent prayer to whatever was listening that somehow, miraculously, Earth had survived. That they weren’t all now fighting to return to a dead world.

Or, if they could not save it, that they could destroy this beast once and for all.

The tableau of worlds in the sky might have left him in wonder, once. Now, though, it was a distraction—a beautiful one, but a distraction nonetheless. Their people were starting to go down—Aquamarine was already unconscious, staring hollow up at the torn sky, and Ashanite felt a jolt of concern. There weren’t many people he would admit to being close to, or caring about—but Jet and Aquamarine had always been decent to him, and he wasn’t eager to see what might happen if one lost the other.

He was too distracted by that particular drama to realize that he was in danger himself.

Not until Andesine pushed him out of the way.

“ANDESINE!”

Andesine was his ******** responsibility, his Captain, and she’d shoved him out of the way, as if he couldn’t handle a little lightning—

He ran forward, gently gripping her shoulders.

“Andesine, listen to me, you did not fail—”

He wasn’t sure if she heard him. Because in a moment, she was gone.

Something inside Ashanite went very, very cold. He almost didn’t register the second lightning strike—this one, he couldn’t avoid in time, and it was agony, making him stumble.

It was a simple motion to undo the clasp holding his cape, and when he shrugged it and his jacket off, they hit the ground below him with a heavy thunk.

He launched himself up, unheeding of the risk, and slashed at its scales.

“Die, you extraterrestrial trash heap,” he snarled.

When he came back down, he was leaning heavily on his staff, glad for his weapon’s substantial size and that he could balance against it.

But he was still standing. For at least a little longer.

Captain Diaboleite
Location: I4
Action: One...last....attack....
Total: 4 + 5 = 9
HP: 17 - 26 - 17 = 0

Diaboleite knew he was faltering. His strength was leaving him, and with every strike from the beast, he grew closer to fully coming apart.

He turned his eyes to it one last time. Drew back his arm. Hurled his spear, and hoped.

As he watched his spear make contact, black lightning struck him, right in the back.

Blackness splattered and spread over his skin, what little of it was visible.

He turned to Aoede, and smiled.

“I think…I would have liked being married to you.”

And then, Diaboleite vanished.

In the distance, black. Black, crossed by purple lightning, and the cold, distant knowledge that this thing, this Dark Star, was what lurked behind the Hollow. This was what it heralded.

In his soul, Diaboleite knew--if this thing came for them, it would doom them all.

Richtersveld, Squire of Pluto
Location: E5
Action: Saying hello! Also channeling her magic one more time.
Roll: 8 + 5 = 13
HP: 26

Richtersveld hadn't necessarily expected to be addressed, and jumped slightly before offering a smile in Danube's direction. She could gather who the princess was from what she had seen in the databases and where she had been previously. That was Cybele. Her context for everyone else was relatively limited, considering her focus ended up so unfortunately based in the civilian side no matter how many she knew.

"Ah, I'm sorry. I'm Richtersveld." She rubbed her neck. "I'd say a pleasure to meet you, but these circumstances are brutal. Is everyone over here okay?"

More okay than they would have been if that lightning had hit all of them, she was certain. Who was channeling it away from them? ... Wasn't that one of Garber's in-laws?

Ignacio, right?

"And this is--"

Richtersveld blinked.

Dumuzi, Page Squire of Pluto
Location: E5
Action: Leveling up!
Roll: 9 + 5 = 14
HP: 15 + 25 = 40

Oh <********> no.

Dumuzi was not dying here, and he was not watching others die here, and he refused to accept any of this as the actual end. What was flashed in front of them through rifts and holes was entirely horrifying, but not in a way that scared him. It incensed him, and it felt like it was boiling him from the inside out.

Something in him was rising to the occasion.

"How ******** dare you," growled Dumuzi, lowly, not even noticing the fact that his jug carried considerably more solid heft now.

Not hesitating for a moment, Dumuzi channeled his magic with a roar, hurling it in the direction of the Calamitous Hallow.

He didn't catch his sister chuckling lightly behind him, offering to Danube, "and this is my brother, Dumuzi, Squire of Pluto."

Action: Eating berry, attacking CH
Total: 15 + 10
HP: 78 + 15 (berry) - 18 (roll) = 75

Andreyia was there next to her, with an arm around her shoulders. He asked if she was okay. She wasn't sure what okay was. She'd forgotten it when she'd been ripped away from Earth. Still, she was hanging on. Her breath was ragged, but she watched the Herald anyway.

A part of her wanted to do it again.

Not because of any kind of thrill. It had been awful. It had hurt. She didn't like combat, and she certainly didn't like taking it to that kind of extremes. Still, when her Source Stone had started glowing so brightly, it felt like the closest she'd ever gotten to actually making a breakthrough that could help Velencya.

The shield was broken now, though. And Andreyia was holding her. And Earth-

She winced. She was not sure what had happened to Earth.

This creature needed to be stopped. Preferably contained, rather than killed, but she was flexible. For now, she squeezed Andreyia's hand. "I will stay with you," she told him. She still had Almadel's berry, and she quickly popped it into her mouth.

Then she shot at the creature again.

Corrupt Sailor Industria
Location: A8
Action: Buffing Cryptomelane one last time, using her pin!
Total: 6 + 10 = 16
HP: 42 - 26 - 15 = 1

Industria’s heart lurched, when Cryptomelane vanished from in front of her. And when he returned, she felt worried and unsteady—the thought of losing him so suddenly, when she had been so sure their triumph was assured, felt…terrible.

The Calamitous Hollow tore its way through and blasted its foul power at Earth, and Industria cried out in shock and horror. No, no, no, after all their work, after all the risks they had taken—

The satellites had to have worked. She had to believe they had done enough.

And she had just a little bit more in her. Just the slightest drop left ot give.

One last spell.

“One more time, then?” she asked, softly. And as her magic leapt forth, the lightning came down, striking her shoulder.

She staggered. Went to her knees. Gasped in pain.

“Please,” she whispered, “be careful.”

Quote:
Sailor Scout Attack: Spirit of Invention!
Industria claps her hands, and everyone in an 8-foot radius around her will hear a loud clanking of gears and briefly see an illusion of the inside of a massive steampunk machine. Allies within the radius will find themselves seized with a spirit of invention--a sudden clarity of thought and focus that allows them to focus on problem-solving in a clever and inventive way. These effects will last for 25 seconds, and Industria can use this spell three times per battle.

Eternal Sailor Elsa
Location: E10
Action: Attacking the Hollow, then getting struck by lightning and thoroughly snapped~
Total: 2 + 10 = 12
HP: Choosing to drop to 0!

Elsa took a breath. Then another.

The shield was down. The monster had lashed out at Earth. This was one of those darkest moments, where things got really bad, really fast, and all they could do was hope they’d done enough to contain the damage.

But the Hollow was shrinking. It was small enough, almost, to be captured now, and even though it kept getting angrier, Elsa hoped in his bones that this was enough.

One last try. One last attack.

”Empty Soul,” he said, again, and let the whirl of shadow leap from his fingers towards the beast.

And then, a strike of black lighting came down, and hit him square in the chest before he could even think to dodge. The pain was overwhelming, unbearable—a moment of absolute agony, and a creeping blackness in his veins.

“Oh,” he said, softly.

And then—

“Sorry,” he turned to Muri, with a sad little smile.

And then, there was another lightning strike, and when it faded, he was gone.

Wherever he was, he saw something in the distance—a great, black star, and hunger like he had never experienced before, and he felt a sinking feeling in his chest. This thing—this Dark Star, the thing that the Herald…well, heralded…here it was. Right in front of him.

Unknowable. Unfathomable.

Elsa wanted to believe that this wasn’t the end. But maybe it was. Maybe he was doomed. Maybe he was never going to get the chance to live up to everything he’d promised.

“No,” he said, softly. “No, I’m not—this can’t be it. I have to find my way back there—let me go back there!

Quote:
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Empty Soul!
Sailor Elsa speaks the name of his attack and blows over his palm. A whirl of shadows spreads out around him to a radius of eight feet, and enemies within the radius feel suddenly as if something has emptied them out on a deep level--emotions feel distant and removed, they might notice that they cannot hear or feel their own heartbeat or breathing, and otherwise they feel more like an empty vessel than a person. At this stage, enemies will also feel cold, as if the temperature of the area around them has rapidly dropped. These effects last for 35 seconds and Elsa can use this attack twice per battle.

Commodore Lyndin
Location: F3
Action: Attacking the Calamitous Hollow
Total: 8 + 50 [Lyndin has residual bonus energy enhancing this roll]
HP: ??? [-35, +13 first round] [-38, +29 last round; -180 for +18 shield] [-26, -19 ; shield + heal not tallied for this round]

The shield recoiled with a burst of energy so pure that it was almost comforting when compared to the explosive lightning all around them. It blew outwards in a burst of charged air, but with all the explosive electricity crackling over their skin, it felt like a sudden, fleeting breeze.

Lyndin didn’t move his hand for a few long seconds, and when he did, blue sparks were still dancing across his skin. He balled his hand into a fist and released it. He leaned over the device like he thought he might be able to fix something but parts of it looked completely charred and metal had bent outwards in a way he couldn’t hope to fix in any reasonable amount of time.

He drew in a deep breath and pushed himself up to full height slowly.

For all of it, his eyes had been trained on the sky.

He saw the rise and fall of the Calamitous Hollow. He saw the attack it launched on Earth.

He hadn’t breathed since Earth and the Moon disappeared from sight.

There was no telltale sign that either had been destroyed. He saw no debris. He felt no great cosmic shift.

But, he didn’t know.

He’d seen his world destroyed. He didn’t want to think he’d just witness Earth, too.

Lyndin could only hope that the blueprint for Almadel’s shields and their construction had been enough. There was no way to tell right now, and he didn’t have the luxury of contemplation. This space wasn’t safe and they were without a shield while the black lightning was striking indiscriminately.

He saw Pendour disappear.

Naeria had returned, battered and scraped but alive and still fighting. Vyn and Lysanna had made it back; he could see Cypher nearby.

Aliez had promised that they were with him.

He knew.

A strength filled Lyndin, though he didn’t immediately recognize it as Kerberos’ efforts to heal him.

The shield had failed, but it had served its purpose.

They wouldn’t need a shield if their sword was sharp enough.

What tricks he had up his sleeve were limited. There were no promises that they could save everyone. Maybe not even just the Vanguard.

So, with a soft exhale, Lyndin summoned his sword. The glow in his eyes had dimmed but he watched the Calamitous Hollow with a resigned acceptance.

Violence was not always the answer. Except, sometimes, when it was.

The area around him was crowded but he had trained to fight in all sorts of situations. He was neither alarmed nor frustrated by those who stood nearby. Though his sword was enormous, nearly the size of his full height, he wielded it with ease, and without any threat to those around him.

He did not need to propel himself towards the Calamitous Hollow; his sword was an extension of himself, and without the shield to focus on, Lyndin turned his attention to the serpent in the sky. He swung his sword, and with each new arc sent another pulse of energy towards the Calamitous Hollow. He kept his eyes trained on the creature, and if he’d only been aiming for it, he would have hit it every time.

But, between every other slash or so, he seemed to be aiming at an empty space. Maybe it was luck. Maybe it was skill.

Sometimes, he managed to cleave the black lightning in two before it could make contact and strike below.

Deep Space Super Sailor Pyrrhus
Location: D6
Action: Attacking with DSS magic and then dropping~
Total: 10 x 2 (DSS) + 5 = 25
HP: 48 - 26 - 10 - 18 = 0!

”Thalassa!”

No. No, it wasn’t ******** fair. Pyrrhus barely noticed the tableau above them, barely registered the torn-open skies and the attack on Earth—that wasn’t his ******** problem, because Thalassa was just gone.

It wasn’t ******** fair.

Centuries, he’d spent alone, and now the people dearest to him were being ripped away. Tyndareus was Chaos. Thalassa was gone, evaporated by the monster’s lightning.

Pyrrhus almost didn’t care if they made it back to Earth, now. What did it matter? To struggle, all those years, just to lose everyone he loved all over again?

With one last, spiteful lash, he threw his magic up at the Calamitous Hollow. Make it suffer, like he suffered, make it feel as empty and hopeless and miserable as he felt—

A bolt of black lightning came down. Pyrrhus could have tried to dodge it.

He did not.

As the lightning struck him, he vanished in a dark flash.

And when he could see again, he was alone.

And he stared into the true void.

It had been many, many centuries since he’d been able to call upon his strongest magic, dragging opponents into a space-between-spaces not unlike this. With a dark, black star on the distant horizon, and a crushing sense of meaninglessness and despair. But this….this was certainly reminiscent.

Here, he was the one staring into the Dark Star. Knowing that he was, hopelessly, alone.

That after all his years, all his struggles, all his efforts to stay alive…

He had failed. And he would disappear, here, into the darkness.

Alone.

Quote:
Powered Passive: Nihility's Edge - When Pyrrhus lingers in an area, color seems to slowly drain out of it--starting closer to him and slowly spreading to about a ten foot radius if he stays in one spot for at least five minutes. The only color visible within the radius is Pyrrhus and any other powered individuals; civilians will seem grayscale like everything else.

Quote:
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Nihility’s Breath!
Pyrrhus speaks the name of his attack, and all color and ambient sound bleeds out of a twelve-foot area around him, creating a zone of nihility. Within the area, all active magic is paused, and new magic of first or second stage level cannot be cast. Third stage or higher magic may have the sensation of feeling harder or more draining to cast, leaving those who try with a sense that there is only nothingness where their magic should be. This has a moderate effect on third stage magic, but still cannot effect fourth stage magic. When the magic ends, any paused magic that had been cast will resume again. This effect lasts for 30 seconds, and Pyrrhus can cast this spell twice per battle.

Kiringul, Squire of Cosmos
    Location: H6 → ???
    Action: Buffing, then KO-ing
    Total: 4 + 5 (rank) = 9 (+5 to Ein, +4 to Irkalla)
    HP: 58 = 0/125 (choosing to drop to 0)

It felt like the world fell out from under him when he watched a dust cloud of some kind completely obscure their view of Earth. It was hard not to imagine the worst, but Kiringul forced himself to focus on the immediate task at hand. Until he saw with his own damned eyes that Earth wasn't where it's always been for however long it's existed, he wasn't about to lose hope just yet. How could he, knowing his daughter was waiting for him to get back?

He owed her least that much.

He glared at the Calamitous Hollow as it started its attack on them once more, and for the first time since taking up his mantle he cursed his luck for not having offensive magic. Not that cursing was going to accomplish anything at all, never mind changing his magic to anything that he could actually direct at the ********' thing, so he let the thoughts die and simply blew into his horn again.

Kiringul channeled his magic for as long as he possibly could, and had just put it down and was turning to Ein when he felt it.

The freezing cold came first, then the searing heat of it. An immense, indescribable pain of being physically torn in two wracked the entirety of his being, but his cry of agony caught in his throat.

And when the lightning cleared, Kiringul was gone.

15 - 15 (round 3) = 0/30 seconds remaining

Squire — Kiringul takes a deep breath and blows into the horn, however no sound comes directly out of it. Instead, the sound goes directly into the ears of anyone within a 10ft radius; the sound varies between listeners.

For opponents it causes the listener to become disoriented in some way (the sound and how it disorients the listener is up to the player) as their mind becomes lost in the vastness of cosmic eternity. It essentially renders them unable to focus as long as Kiringul is channeling his magic, and they can feel confused and dazed and out of place with their surroundings.

For allies it gives the listener a soothing sort of clarity, as though they have come out of a peaceful eternity, and allows them to focus better as long as Kiringul is channeling his magic. The sound has a maximum duration of 30 seconds.

Sailor Amateru, Basic Senshi of Cattle
Location: E10
Action: punching snake, eating berry
Total: 1
HP: 38 - 26 + 15(berry)= 27 - 16 = 11

They had to be close to done. It had to be dying. Right? With nothing left to give magically, Amateru leapt and struck the beast several times with his fists, panting with the effort as he sailed back down, hands on his knees, bent over.

"This thing better die soon," he rasped, grasping for the berry in his subspace and shoving it into his mouth.

Lightning struck. He seemed to barely survive it, pain lighting every nerve on fire, and he realized that other people seemed to be disappearing upon being hit. He thanked his lucky stars and turned to Elkurud, watching him anxiously. Would his love get sucked away, like so many others?

Sailor Achird, Basic Senshi of Aubergine
Location: F5
Action: punching snakey, then DEAD LOL
Total: 10
HP: 23 - 26 - 2 = KO

One last chance. Achird launched himself at the beast and wailed on it, not having any better ideas, before he fell back down.

Black lightning took him. before he could even take his next breath, before he could even try to make sense of the attack he just saw launched at Earth, it struck, and evaporated his body.

He didn't know where he was anymore. All he knew was the Dark Star. It magnified itself in his vision, swallowing everything.

Death was coming for them all, and there would be no way to stop it.

He couldn't look away. Would he even reincarnate? Would the cauldron take him? Would it exist at all anytime soon? Or was he stuck here, in this time and place, frozen, forever, in this horrifying moment, until the entire universe collapsed? Would he be free even then? Would oblivion come for him and grant him some semblance of peace?

The Dark Star didn't tell him anything. It just pulsed malignantly at him. Drawing him in. Sucking all of his attention.

It would win, he knew that now. There was no stopping it.

Not ever.

Character: Laeradr, Knight of Neptune
Location: F1
Action: attacking snake
Total: 7 + 10 = 17
HP: 72 - 26 = 46 - 6 = 40

Laeradr loved that Lionel was also positive about this situation. Man, this dude was so cool. A goofy grin overtook his lips, even in the face of quite possibly the most serious situation he'd ever dealt with in his life.

"Yippe-ki-yay ********!" he hollered, spending the last of his magic on the beast.
