We have come to the end of Diedrich's first term in office. It was a good four years during which Gaia met, and emerged victorious from many threats. Under President Diedrich's leadership, Gaia faced off against a snowman army, elected our distinguished Vice President Carl, survived not one but two alien invasions, and lived through the continuing battle between Gods and men. President Diedrich has guided the people through a harsh time. There have been negatives such as the horrible inflation, but even that has become more manageable throughout Diedrich's term in office. In short, President Diedrich has been the best president Gaia has ever had. He has also been the only president Gaia has ever had!

Let's keep him in office! Four more years of Diedrich!

Diedrich is running unopposed, but that doesn't mean we can't celebrate D-mocracy! Don't forget to stop by the polling place, and cast your vote for President!

What is an election without a little dirt slinging at your political rivals? Of course, Diedrich doesn't have any rivals! He makes friends with everyone! That doesn't mean the D-Party wants to deprive Diedrich of the joys (and terrors) of being the subject of a crazy scandal!

THAT IS WHERE YOU COME IN!

Now is your chance to fabricate a ridiculous scandal about Diedrich! You will go about this as though you were the media, and you found out about some kind of scandal that focuses on Diedrich! You will get a chance to write a headline, and either draw a picture or write a paragraph (or both!) about Diedrich's scandal!

The most important event during any presidential elections are the debates! Debates give the voters a chance to get to know a candidate's views on important debate topics. Unfortunately, important debate topics are often pretty boring and no one is ever declared a clear winner. The D-Party wants to improve this by implementing a never-ending debate that focuses SILLY TOPICS ONLY! It definitely takes the boring out of the debates!

Diedrich doesn't get to debate this year, but that doesn't mean that you don't get the chance!

Is Breakfast Cereal a Soup?

NO. Cereal is cereal. Soup: "a liquid food made by boiling or simmering meat, fish, or vegetables with various added ingredients." -Dictionary.com. Cereal does not have meat, fish, or vegetables. There are very few soups that are served cold. Do you eat your Rice Krispies in chicken broth? Do you put your beef and vegetables in milk? No. And if you do, you are weird. Saying that cereal is a soup is like calling a hotdog a sandwich. (Don't make me create that debate topic.)

PINEAPPLES DON'T BELONG ON PIZZA

People who order pineapple on Pizza just do it so nobody else will eat their pizza. They want the cheesy goodness for themselves and it is not fair. If you think you can protect your pizza by putting pineapples on it, you are wrong. I will eat that pizza first. I don't even like pineapple, but I like Pizza and I am going to eat it.
