Project Changes, Reminders, and Updates!
Hi y'all! We have a few things to go over today, so let's get cracking!
Stylist License Changes
The Stylist License rules will be changing on
October 15, 2021 at 12:01 AM PDT..
The following rule will be changing:

You may use solid colors and two-color gradients. Gradients of more than three colors and rainbow gradients are not allowed.
Hue shifting is not permitted unless it is an official Gaia Online scheme (ie dupioni, sorbet)
We are making this change to put this ticket in line with the other licenses. If you wish to submit under these old rules please make sure to submit your ticket before October 15th!
User Submitted Mocks
We wish to clarify how user submitted mocks will be used.
Recolor - We will use user submitted mocks for color placements. We will match colors to the best we can, but sometimes colors will be tweaked to retain the original item's shading and match your item references. Please do not expect us to match your mocks directly down to the hex code, there will always be some variance.
Custom - We will use user submitted mocks for the guide of how the item should look. The artist may make some changes to have the item work better on the avatar base or our system. If there is a specific part of your mock that you need us to match 100% please mention it in your order.
For all mocks, please make sure if you are linking the image the url ends in a .jpg/.png/etc. Recently Imgur links have been saving as webp, which does not work with our setup. The best way to send mocks is as an attachment to the email.
Email Subject Formatting
We wanted to remind everyone of how your email's subject must be formatted.
The subject should contain the ticket name, submitter username (only include the account that has the ticket), and the date. For example, one email subject could be "Beautician License - Riyokuma - 09/13". Failure to include all required information will result in your ticket being cancelled and you will have to resubmit with the date you resend. We will send you an email if there is an issue.
Platinum/Verge Box/Mini Me/Companion Ticket Rule Update
We will be disallowing use of the Invisibility Cloak item for these tickets. All dolls and companions are required to have some sort of "body".
We have made this decision due to how similar use of this item can be to our rule that disallows using "I Am" poses.
