You, your avatar, or a character you always draw as yourself.
I think of it as what actors/actresses will sometimes give to theaters to put in the program.
So just like a portrait, a name, maybe a little paragraph of interests and/or previous work, etc.
By no means feel like this has to be the real life you.
It's kind of like an artist card.

Ultimately though, it's just something to represent you and you can interpret it however you see fit.
