• It was a cold winters morning, the tempetures outside were a bone chilling 10 above 0. I was about ready to leave for school, all i had to do was put my make up on, and then i would be heading to the bus stop. It would be a short walk, but considering it was cold outside, it was seem like forever waiting for the bus, but whatever.
After I was done with the make up, i went to put my coat on and grab my backpack.
"Have a good day at school!"shouted my compleatly over protective mom.
"Yeah, bye," I said slamming the door behind me. The walkway down to the street was covered in fresh powder, since it had snowed the night before, I always hated walking to school when there was fresh snow, cause it only reminded me that when I came home, i would be shoveling, which was boring and I hated doing it.
"Hey mimi! What's up?" shouted my friend sarah. I had just reached the bus stop, and was already felling like I was more likely to die of hypothermia, than make it till the bus came. My friend sarah on the other hand, was a new student from Alaska, and didn't mind it at all. She was lucky, for now, till summer came, then, she would be complaining.
"Hey sarah. Just freezing, otherwise, nothing much has been happening. You going on this weeks ski trip to cascade mountain?" I replied.
"Yeah, are you going?" asked Sarah.
"Yeah, I'm going, just gotta pay. Can't wait. Just wish it was going to be warmer. Skiing's the only reason I look forward to winter, because there's not many other reasons to look forward to it, other than for the holidays," I said. The bus was now coming down the street, and I was happy for that, except for the fact that the bus stop was a block or two away from my school.
We soon arrived at school, we went to our lockers, did some quick prep, so we wouldn't look like slobs, and then, walked around the school and talked, since our bus was the only one that came this early, and the only other people that would be there would be the people getting droped off.
"So, did you hear about the new student coming here today? I've heard he's supposed to be extreamly hot,"said sarah.
"No, not yet. Where's he from?" I asked.
"I think Idaho, I'm not sure," said sarah. "Why?"
"Just wondering," I said. "I didn't know yet, anything else you know about him?"
