- It is rather bottom heavy. As LME said, you may want to put something on the head, or get a fuller, darker hairstyle to counter the weight and color at the bottom,

- This doesn't really say 'ice' to me- how about some more turqoise items to match the eyes? A differen't hair would be nice for this too unless you plan on adding something to the head smile not a bad start though.
