Haru Okumura is the daughter of Kunikazu Okumura, CEO of Okumura Foods. Her father is the the fifth target of the Phantom Thieves due to his maltreatment of his employees. Controlled by her father to be a political tool in acquiring power, Haru seeks to be free of her shackles.
