- It's okay for a start! Needs touch-ups but it's a solid first try. A shorter skirt would be nice.

- An interesting entry as this is the first one I've seen from an RPG Maker game. However there are some issues based on comparing this to the references you have linked. The skirt is way too long for one. There is very likely a better set of eyes you could have used to match the aloof look this character is giving as well. I feel the hair could potentially be better too but still an interesting entry 3/5
