Ruby Rose is the main character in Rooster Teeth's RWBY.
Beacon Academy (a school that trains Hunters/Huntresses) requires its students wear uniforms, but does apparently allow some customization.
The first time the uniform is seen is in ep. 9, when as her first mission as team leader, Ruby has her team redecorate their room.
"Alright! Weiss, Blake, Yang, and their fearless leader Ruby have begun their first mission! Banzai!"

- Cute, white sweet lace bloomers would give that white fringe on the bottom of the skirt. Not needed but a suggestion~.

- Nice idea with the hair mod, probably the best Ruby I've seen... And there's been a lot recently. Only changes I'd suggest are even lighter skin (she is so damn pale!) and maybe adding the scythe. Still worth the 5/5 of course.
