In honor of Sailor Moon's 20th anniversary and the TV show's reboot (although I just learned it has been postponed) I've decided to enter all the sailors in the arena one at a time.
Sailor Chibi Moon's attacks were comically weak and un-useful. She is the daughter of Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion (Usagi and Mamoru's future selves). She came from 30th-Century Crystal Tokyo, where she was a princess, and returned to 20th-Century Tokyo for training. This is my second attempt at her. - Date: 06/09/2013

- I usually don't like to comment on my own work, but I'd like to take the opportunity to explain my choice. I chose the serafuku skirt deliberately. I think this skirt is a good representation of the way her skirt flairs out when she's in motion. I agree that the white stripe is wrong and you pretty much HAVE to use the blushing bride bodice because the angelic lace shows too much of the top of the skirt where it is the wrong style. I just wanted to share my reasons; this is all just my opinion.

One of the better ChibiUsa's I've seen
This common mistake just KILLS me though. You used the serafuku skirt. It's really not shaped right at all, and there is a white stripe that the uniforms don't have. The simple skirt is a better match. - Report As Spam
