This costume is one of the unlockable ones on the XBox 360 JP Marketplace, called My Dear Vampire, for the song "Kyun~! Vampire Girl!"
She is known for her womanly voice, possibly passing Chihaya's skill , her huge appetite and flamboyantly elegant mannerisms.
Takane is mixed, possibly German. She does have pink eyes
