Sometimes people just feels alittle sad, for me, when I become sad, I get REALLY sad for some unknown reason. I don't know why anyone would want to read this but I sorta found out how to feel better and be more happier.
-Take a shower
sounds stupid , but those everydrop of water comming out from the tap/shower feels refreshing. It's like I'm washing away my sadness rofl
-FOOD
especially foods you like, I LOVE YAKISOBA IT'S SO YUMMY blaugh heart I don't know why but food really does help make me feel ALOT better. [This is why I can't have a six pack] cheese_whine
-Cold water
Nothing is better then a fresh glass of cold water to drink. 4laugh
