This equation functions whether you're stronger or weaker than the enemy ^^
It also works for calculating how much the enemy does to you, just reverse where the Player C.L and the Enemy C.L. goes :3
As for the guide, I've already got it linking to here, that's probably about as far as it'll go though. I plan to make a series of Mini-Guides which will all be linked to from the Main Guide.

But you're going to have to walk me through on this one as math is not my strong suit.
Let's take the classic example of a 4.5 walking on to GB and then encounters a 6.6 golem, and since we know that they should at least have a GGG lets use that as the ring they are using.
Damage = (1 + [ YourCL - TargetCL ] / 2) * (Ring's Damage)
D = (1 + [4.5 - 6.6] /2) * (70)
D = (1 + [-2.1] /2) * (70)
D = (1 + [-1.05]) * (70)
D = (-.05) * (70)
D = -3.5?
I think you can see where I'm having trouble. >.<
