New Cash Tree Payout Issues

We would like some examples of Cash Tree not paying out. If you could tell us:

- where were you watching the video (i.e., main cash tree page, offers page, whatnot)
- where you're located in the world + timezone
- your browser
- the time of day that you watched the video

We only need a few examples to track this down, so will be locking / unstickying this thread pretty soon.

I can't get rid of the tree.
I turned off the option to show it on gaia, but it won't disappear.

My cash tree ONLY offers the Kodak picture ad--The one where you have to buy the pictures to get the gaia cash. It's the only one I have gotten for weeks.

I'm in New Hampshire.

I tired to get gaia cash on the earn section and they havent given me my gold. Im waiting for 990 GC

One of the videos (the one with the wax house or something) gave me Cash after watching the video twice, but nothing else worked.

Gambit video doesnt always have "view only" videos. Most of them require you to watch a video and then download a game. (Michigan). Defeats the purpose of easy gcash.

my cash tree sends me to the earn cash center page and tells me i cant collect gold anymore
i live in Bulgaria
there are no videos for my country...
i use chrome

The main video that did not pay was bull jumping, but the small business video also did not pay from the main cash tree page. (It paid from the Gambit ad that showed up on several other Gaia pages as well as the main Gambit page in the Earn section.)

Whenever I click on the cashtree I only get General Error
Daily offer limit reached. Try again tomorrow!
problem is this was the first time I used the cash tree today...in my opinion the cash tree was working just fine...so there really was no need to fix it...you know how the saying goes...
anyway to the matters at hand

- tried to watch the video from each and every one of the tabs
(Home/My Gaia/Shops/Forums/World/games)
- Greece, UTC/GMT +2 hours
- Google chrome/firefox
- 11am/3pm/9pm

I have done most of the quizzes in gaia cash, but it never gives me the gaia cash I earned.
