New Cash Tree Payout Issues

When I click on a the tree, it brings me to a new screen that tells me to watch a video. (Not at all like the old system that would open up automatically play the video and then close) After I've dutifully watched the video, I don't get paid the GC.

I'm in Massachusetts - Eastern Time Zone
I tried it this morning at 10:30am.

In the popup it used to be available, but now when i click the tree it shows me to the page saying 'Daily offer limit reached. Try again tomorrow!' when i haven't watched anything and didnt get any cash.

Also, 'We are currently out of videos. Check back soon!' on gambit

My cash tree aint working since it was fixed yesterday... I prefer the previous cash tree coz it's working well, it pops out during 4pm in our time...now it stays there forever but not working saying daily offer limit have reached...

Yesterday I do the video under each tab (Home, My Gaia, etc.) so I can also grab the Daily Chance.

I watched it mid morning yesterday and collected all 10 GC. Then it showed up at 3:46pm yesterday. (I mentioned it in a chat which has the timestamp.)

When I click it now, it takes me to gaiaonline.com/cashtree . I have not done any offers for quite some time other than the daily video.

Also want to say it always shows me the same EarthShare ad. I have not seen any other ad for months.

I watched the video in the main cash tree page. One video popped up yesterday and today but I was not credited; the other says 'offer unavailable.'

I'm in NJ, EST. My browser is Firefox. The times I watched it were around 8pm and 11am.

Also, a side note: The most recent dev announcement says that Blue Noodle will show up after it runs out of Gambit and SV vids. It doesn't for us, we get a "General Error - Daily offer limit reached" when the Gambit vids are done.
