Ahhh probably Mother 3 (although the ending to Earthbound, hoooooly shiiiiit). Just because I really love Lucas hahaha
He's my best character in Super Smash Bros. and the whole reason I started playing the Earthbound series.

I'm not really sure what to do think about a fanmade sequel. Especially with Itoi having said that he absolutely will not make another.
It just sort of... feels like you're stretching a good thing too far. Sad that it has to end, but I think that's what keeps it so wonderful.

Yeah! I think one more hero will work, but I'll cap it at 6.
Also, you can certainly take an antagonist if you want haha
I was actually thinking about throwing in some law enforcement.


Anyway, I'm doing well.
I accidentally skipped my final class of the day and now I'm trying to decide if I want to go to the grocery store.

Lucas was my best character too! He was my main. Too bad
they took him out of the SSB WiiU and 3DS, I was so sad, but
oh well, I guess I'll have to switch to Ness.

Yeah, I definitely think the characters in Mother 3 have a lot more personality than the ones in the past games. The whole cast is great.

I may or may not play it. I think it depends on what people say. I definitely won't be the first, but if I hear it's good, then I might give it a try.
The Mother fandom is just insane though.

yes, I definitely will! I did watch someone do a lp of it for the
first half of the game but then I kinda forgot to watch the rest
orz that leaves it all up to be to either finish it or get the game
myself on the wii download thingy (hopefully the latter)

omg haha, it wouldn't be too hard to adjust, luckily. ness is
just as awesome as lucas. they should add something from
the Mother 1 characters though, like trophies or something.

I'm with you, i probably won't play it either, I mean, I haven't
even played the first two yet (/sobbing). the level up
jingle concept they did was interesting, though, since each
character has a different level up jingle that when put together
sounds really nice. but if only one character leveled up, it'd be
kinda eh.

So I think that now that we're getting the character profiles up, we should start working out how exactly they're all going to come together at the beginning of the role play.
So far my characters are the only ones who live outside of London (outside of Europe), so it's going to be a bit more difficult for them to get over there.

Oh yeah, I forgot that they have it in the Wii U store, too.
I was just thinking about buying a cartridge so that I can really experience it (some of those scenes would be perfect on a full-screen television... totally trippy), but then I realized that the cartridges are rare and expensive as hell. So I might go with the Wii U version, too.

Yeah, I used to switch back and forth between Ness and Lucas, but I always preferred Lucas' moves.
And I'm sure there will be trophies. Plus, the Earthbound stage in SSB4 is Magicant, designed after Magicant in the first game, so that's pretty awesome!

Oh yeah? That's a pretty cool idea.
I think probably one of the reasons I love this series so much is because of how much music is involved (like hitting rhythms while fighting in Mother 3 ahhh). It's cool that that aspect would be included in the fanmade sequel, too.

i was going to have my characters come to the u.s. haha i'm bummed!
i was going to have them steal aboard a cruise ship through the comb-
ination of avery's charm and emerson's skill with hacking and general
espionage. haha damnnnn.

well, i didn't realize caera was in london.... mmm. how should we do this?
maybe caera could come find avery and emerson because they live so
close.

i think that if caera needs to be found by the children, then it will be
avery who comes to seek her out--so that could be a thing.

Alright, so the thing is this: Caera has some sort of mental projection capabilities. First, she's been dreaming about the world of the heroes' pacifist ancestors. Second, she's been dreaming about the other heroes before she's met them. But she knows that they're real people, and she knows that something important is going to happen, that they need to all be together for it. But of course, people think she's crazy, so she's locked away in a psychiatric facility.

Still, she can project her thoughts and contact the other heroes via dreams.
So the other heroes have been having these dreams of her calling out to them, and they all decide to do something about it. Since Caera is in London, it would only make sense that Avery and Emerson would get to her first, and then try to break her out.

I think it would make the most sense if that's how the role play started. My characters are over in the U.S., and Haden isn't the type of person who would travel to another country just because of a strange dream. So I think Avery and Emerson should break Caera out (I can play support characters while this is happening), and then Caera will urge them to find Haden as well.
