"Roger that Jackson, lets wrap this up and meet up at he messhall, drinks all around, my treat." The Wraiths start to move on the mass of coral-like substance the alien ship was composed of.

Commander Jackson moved with Wraith Squadron towards the down alien bio-ship. He looked at his scanners, but it couldn't detect much. Just that the ship was made up of organic parts, not metal.

"I've never seen anything like this before." Commander Jackson said.

"Me neither, keep your guard up, this thing might be a collection of organisms, like a portuagese man-of-war." The Wraiths were close enough to see every detail of the coral-like hull.

"Amazing, imagine whats inside." Sanderson said in an astonished voice.

Commander Jackson was wondering the same thing, he wanted to see inside the bio-ship. It would most likely look something like the inside of a creature, or close to one anyway. He ordered his squad to keep an eye out for anything that might be a blip or energy spike on thier scanners. He didn't want to be jumped while looking at the alien ship.

Something just occured to Janson, "Everyone, switch to you motion sensors," As soon as he switched to his other scanners it was alive with activity, "Everyone move away from that ship, its still alive!" The Wraiths quickly moved away from the alien ship, but there was non of the energy they detected earlier during the battle. "I'm guessing its healing its self."

Commander Jackson ordered his squadmates to reverse their course and pull away from the alien ship. He switched his scanners to motion detection and saw that the ship ideed still "alive".

"We should let the Agamemnon and Talon Star know that this ship is still alive." Commander Jackson said over the radio to the other fighter pilots.

"Agreed, lets blow this thing to Kingdom Come." Janson radio'd what he was seeing to both the Talon Star and Agamemnon.

"Sir, the ship is repairing itself!" Came an alert voice, Wraith Squadron has visual.

"Put it across the screen" Rogers said, snapping to attention. THe alien ship was indeed fixing itself.

"MAC Cannons, get it charged. We're blowing the s**t out of this thing. Wraith Squadron, run your sensors, find us a weak spot and watch out for any signs of hostility"

"Scans are alittle fuzzy, but it looks like the best place to strike would be the open wound, make it even larger."

"Our MAC guns are still charging, you guys go ahead and put some missiles into the hole"

"Alright, you heard'em, lets make that hole alittle bigger." Almost in unisine The fighters launched their missles at the "wounded" ship.

"Missiles hot." Commander Jackson said out loud.

All five starfighters in Vampire Squadron fired thier logbow type missiles at the opened wound on the alien ship. They watched as small explosions popped inside the alien bio-ship. What could have been blood, started to float out into deep space, and the ship started to seem little more lifeless.

"Weapons, status on Mac guns?" Rogers asked with authority.

"Sir, all at 40%, charging slowly." The weapon officer replied.

"Okay, stop charging all except one and two. Divert power to those. Fire both of them at the hole when ready. Careful firing solutions." He ordered.

"Starfighters, back away, MAC charge coming in. Report damage report after impact, over"

"Lets move back, nice and easy." Commander Jackson
ordered.

All of the fighters in Vampire squadron started to move away from the alien bio-ship as the Talon Star was about to blast it with a few MAC rounds. They kept their active scanners online to see what damage the rounds would do this time around.
