Well, there isn't a whole lot of long term thought in sex. Not really. It was more of an offhanded statement.

But in all seriousness, medium and smaller breasts are becoming popular again. Matter of fact, they were really popular back in the day. Late seventies and through the eighties, with the emergence of easy, affordable plastic surgery, large breasts came into vogue. But they're losing favor again, because smaller breasts have a lasting appeal, because you'll see women in their thirties and forties with perky breasts that are quite a bit smaller than the bigguns that become knee pads.
