I think you missed my post about the fact that I started watching Fairy Tail a few days ago, because I will gladly flail about it with you guys.

Seriously, two episodes in and I fell in love.
Sorta like what happened with me and One Piece.
And I promised myself I wouldn't get attached to another long-running series... DAMMIT.

YES I MISSED THAT POST! OMG you have no idea how happy this makes me. I have no one to talk to about it. Like something CRAZY BIG just happened in the manga and I have to internalize my flailing. I was liveblogging it, but then the anime went on hiatus for a bit sad The manga still updates every week though.

In other news, I'm a total sicky right now. My older sister is taking a shower, and I can only hope I don't need to puke while she's in there.

Gray is freaking awesome. I'll warn you that he has a sad backstory, but that's not really that spoilery because EVERYONE in that show has a sad backstory.

I absolutely love it. Seriously, it only took me two episodes to like it and now I love it.

Oh, and sad backstories? I'm so used to that.
I watch One Piece, and I've cried a few times because almost all of the characters have the most tragic backgrounds.
I heard a lot of comparisons made between One Piece and Fairy Tail, which is mainly why I wanted to watch it. I can see the parallels, but it still manages to be different enough that I'm enjoying it.

I SWEAR THIS AND ONE PIECE ARE THE ONLY LONG RUNNING ANIME/MANAGE SERIES' THAT I'LL WATCH/READ!
