Project Recolor Tie-Dye Rotation Information

Hi y'all!

We wanted to give everyone a heads up that the Tie-Dye color schemes will be changing on June 18th. The scheme image is currently under construction and will be posted in the coming days. 3nodding

If you still wish to submit for a Spring scheme please be sure to submit by June 17th at at 11:59 PDT.

Game Server Upgrade

We're currently upgrading the game server. Rally3 and friends chat will be offline for a bit. Service should resume by 3:30am, PST.

Help Center: Live Chat

Hi there,

We wanted to remind you of a new feature to our Help Center: Live Chat!

A Live Agent will be able to help you with ONLY certain issues:

• Billing Questions: Grants may take a short period to be placed in your account. Please wait up to an hour to see if they appear before Chatting/Creating a ticket.
  
• Secondary Authentication: Removing/disabling secondary authentication from your account when you are unable to do so yourself.
  
• IP Verification with Secondary Authentication.
  
• Regaining Access to your account: Resetting/replacing forgotten passwords. This does not include ban appeals. For those please fill out a General Inquiry ticket and choose Ban Appeal as the subject.
  
• Closing your account (Gaia does not delete accounts. Asking for a closure means your account will be banned so it can not be accessed until/unless you return)

Live Chat hours currently are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm PST. If the feature proves popular enough we will expand the days/times Live Chat is available and the issues they can help with!

Currently the link to Live Chat will be found in the Help Center at the bottom of the page. You can also find links on Gaia itself on the following pages to enable you to get help right away with an issue:

Avatar Dress Up Under Maintenance

We're making an important upgrade to the caching server at the moment, and avatar dress up will be unavailable for the next 30 minutes. Service should resume by 5:30am, PST.

Secondary Authentication Update

For those who has secondary authentication enabled, there is now an option to trust your device for 30 days so that you don't need to re-enter your secondary authentication code every time you login.

Please note that:
- A trusted device pertains to the browser, so if you run Chrome and Firefox, you will need to trust both browsers separately.
- Trusted device setting affect a specific account. It wouldn't affect other accounts with secondary authentication enabled.

We had also added the ability to disable secondary authentication through email confirmation, in case your smartphone or google authenticator is lost.
