Can someone confirm something for me before I report a glitch?

This thread lists the ToT items in order of coat, vest and then scarf. Is that the correct order?
I received the scarf and now ToTing is down. Is this a known issue?

Coat, vest, shoes, scarf
judging by the order they've been posted in (I'm still working towards the fourth item myself)
Edit: I got the belt as my fourth item, instead of the scarf..

You need to save up your Soul Candies and exchange them on the main event page. The drops are random and soulbound.

The coat was the first item that I got and listed here. Just got another coat granted without ever getting the scarf so that was probably the first item and I somehow got glitched. Posted that along with the other problem in the thread in report forum.

Yes, but the Cash Shops are not included.

It is totally random when and if you get any of the items on the list. So some people maybe 1,000 candies and others will never get everything... I guess.

It is totally random when and if you get any of the items on the list. So some people maybe 1,000 candies and others will never get everything... I guess.

I redeem my candies 500 at a time
one time I got no items and one time I got 2 items
currently I'm sitting on doubles of the belt, vest, shoes, and coat
so it's not even guaranteed you'll get the whole set before getting doubles :I

Sounds like it's currently glitching. I can't go anywhere with it either.

The grants for the soul candies are random. You need 100 candies to redeem, though many people have been getting the potions instead.
