I love painting! Are you going to use acrylics? It's probably easiest for pottery pieces. I like using them but they dry too fast. I'm probably gonna switch off to water colours for my next piece.

I go to a studio and they supply all of the paints, brushes, etc.. I'm pretty sure it's mostly acrylics but they have a lot of specialty paints as well. I've been messing around with lace lately. I tried the wax paint for a bit but it doesn't always fire the right way. lol ~ I'm having a hard time thinking of Christmas presents this year, so I think I might just paint piggy banks for all the kids in my family. (:

Is it free to go to the studio to do this? I'd love to go somewhere that I didn't have to buy all the paints myself. I've only ever worked on canvas and certain plastics and glass. Oh and Warhammer mini's but those don't count shhhh.. lol
