GAIA Town Bug Report Thread ~Read if you have towns issues~

What exactly is wrong? (Describe in steps, what you are doing to get the glitch that you experience. Please list any and all error messages that you notice.)
1. I enter the zip code 125790 into the "Go to Zip Code" box
2. Upon clicking the "Go" button, it tells me that I've entered an invalid zip code
What browser are you using?
Internet Explorer 7
What Operating System are you using? (Windows XP, Windows 98, etc.)
Windows Vista
Do you have a Firewall/security system? (If so please list any and all!)

How long has this been going on?
I just tried this today, and it didn't work.
Has Towns ever worked properly before now?
Towns is working perfectly fine for me with the exception of entering zip codes.
Does it happen all the time or is there a pattern to it?
Yes, it has been happening every time I try.
Will Towns work properly with a different computer?
I have been told by five other people that it's not working for them, either. I don't have their browser information.
Are you having issues with other Gaian Games or just towns?
Just towns, and just the zip code issue.
Anything else we should be aware of?
Everything is loading fine, and I know for a fact that this zipcode exists because it's the place where my home is located.

1. I click on towns and it loads the welcoming page
2. I click on directory and enter the zip code or click on a topic
3. It starts to load until it gets to join sever, then it's just a blank white bar

Will Towns work properly with a different computer? I've heard complaints about the same problem from a few other users but I do not know browser information
Are you having issues with other Gaian Games or just towns? Rally, zOMG, Fishing, Gold lotto, Pi nball, Jigsaw, Black Jack, Word Bump, Video Lounge

I'm able to load towns perfectly well, Its just joining the zip codes, The loading bar never laods and keeps failing to connect to the server.
What browser are you using?
Mozzila Firefox.

No pattern, Never works.

Not really, It worked on my laptop for a while, About a week, And then it packed in.

Towns, Rally, Hollywood, OMFG, Cinema, And video lounge.

I'm really getting annoyed that any scripters or mods arn't bothering helping, It's their duty to help, And theyv'e done nothing atall. Iv'e sent about 5 e-mails. They never reply.

No matter what I try, I cant get gaia towns to work. It keeps saying Joining Server Failed. I send the error report to [e-mail] via mail in my gaia. Am I supposed to send it to/from somewhere else. help

What exactly is wrong?
There are no bugs visible to me anywhere in the towns. I cleared the cache, deleted all cookies, restarted the browser, even restarted the computer. Still no bugs showing.

Firefix and Explorer 8

McAfee.
How long has this been going on?
More than a week. One day, I'll have bugs for a few hours. Lots, then a few, then one, then none.
Has Towns ever worked properly before now?
Yes, when I first registered 40 days ago. The bugs disappeared after about 5 days.
Does it happen all the time or is there a pattern to it?
The bugs have reappeared twice after more than a week but disappear within a day.
Will Towns work properly with a different computer?
No. I've tried four different computers.

Just towns.
Anything else we should be aware of?
It isn't just my account. I also had friends register today. They had bugs for about eight hours, then nothing; the bugs disappeared.
