because in 2.6, i put both textures and patterns into the patterns folder.

In 2.8, I can't access textures the same way I do patterns
I put them in their own folder
So I can treat them like images and just open them
It'll probably work with 2.6 but I'm not sure

textures work like patterns.
So when I said texture it's the same thing as patterns.
Where did you get those patterns though?
I have very little and more textures than patterns.

i've been trying D;
but until i have 2.8, i can't.
but someone showed me how to kind of do that.
she just takes images, cut them, saves them with a transparent background, and it works.
a lot more work, but it gives that real effect.
but i'm gonna get a new computer before i get 2.8, then i can copy you~ ; )
