depends lol If I'm wearing a dress I wear stockings or tights cus it just looks better.

though the only time I wear leggings is when I'm at the gym xD

Stockings, I hate how leggings look under skirts were it stops at the ankle. I don't know why it just gets on my nerves. It doesn't look pretty or cute. And I hate how little girl's clothes are always the skirts with the leggings under them and ballet flats or something. I don't mind leggings under long shirts or tunics, were they are used as pants. I don't mind them under skirts if the ankle part is covered by socks or boots. Stockings are pretty much always okay to me so they are easier to wear.
