Those things could be charged with poisonous gack, or made something...ugh. He can't even explain it, he's just shuddered. Says it needs to either be replaced or purified.

Aske says it'd be worth it to be hit back. But that's the stubbornness talking. Aske does not like black eyes or broken noses. That is why he is wizard/archer. None of that close up stuff.

Aske says potions are only one part of magic and shrugs. OTL He just says that since potions usually have to be rubbed on or ingested, they're really meant for only things that are portable. Apparently purifying something is not portable. It's just done.

Aske is tall and willowy, *nods* but he does have strong arms and legs. After all, you need a certain amount of muscle to draw a bow. Modern Aske is probably less muscled, and even more waiflike, as you put it. In my mind, Aske's "elfish" if that makes sense.

Kestrel could still punch his lights out pretty easily though. Especially the modern version. OTL I mean...look at him. Yeah. No contest in a hand to hand fight. XD;;;

Aske says he should find out, so that he can get that controlled/refined. And he's not being mean to say that, he's kind of concerned that he doesn't know.

Aske approves of that. He'd be glad to show him how.
