Reading the Tale of the Eight Dogs, there's a segment on dragons.

Stuff about dragons bringing rain and being an omen of summer.

Random headcanon thing: The fact that Demyx uses this stalking behavior is proof that he's still pretty young as dragons go. Older dragons don't stalk their prey on the ground because they're just too big to pull it off. They dive at it from the air like hawks.
