But, at second, third, fourth and many more looks later: Your avatar looks better this way. FAR better to be honest.
Though I think that one of the Astra: Breeze items would look good now-

I like your soft blues, they are pretty spot on
3nodding I may just be in bad light, but maybe it should just get a 10/10 but I can't see the lines in the cape too well (my fault, nothing really)

With that out of the way:
I'm not the biggest fan of pink myself but I'm liking what you did with it. It's more of a beige-pink. The only thing that truly bothers me is that sudden massive blob of grayish-blue on the chest and hips.
Try to bring that color back more. Nothing much, just a touch here and there ^_^

Then there's your skin-
If I'm not mistaken you're using Human B potion. It's to yellow and make you look as if your liver is failing-
How about a Human F potion? Though there are skins that would look even better (Wasteland Intel to begin with).

8/10 with potential.
