No, I don't hate anime. In fact, I like it. I just HATE the rabid fangirls ranting about how Sasuke is hot and is going have sex with him in the ******** future. It's mere ink marks on paper, how the hell can you ******** a paper? Seriously...

Other than that, anime is fine, really. If the fandom and n00bnes didn't reach its limit, there won't be anyone dissing anime cluelessly.

Most of my friend are cool with it. They sometimes tease me and call it cartoon porn, but they're cool with it. One of my friends read Angel Sanctuary and calls me Mr. Incest, but not infront of others. If only he knew my story.

Okie Dokies...well...
You said 'they' talk about it and draw it etc. Well if you referred them as they I would assume that 'they' are a clique altogethor. And if they're not, they're jsut being unique. Who cares about beiung shunned and being accpeted into society, if you're not acting the way you want, then thats even worse than not being 'accepted'. But I have to say the fighting stance question is kinda wierd... sweatdrop

Just a guess but your probably in high school or middle school, right ShippoFoxfire? Don't worry, your "friends" will grow out of it. There's nothing wrong with liking anime, it's a good way to start learning about other cultures' ideas. I a few years you'll like something else, your friends will be "picking on" someone else, and the world will move on to it's next fad, or not. People make fun of what they are afraid of. They are afriad of what they don't understand.

i like the quiet person in class, i listen l even though it look like i'm sleeping and I snoop (I like to see what other people are up to ). i love anime and I have a group of friend who are crazy for it to maybe a more than me . Some people may say they dont like anime and try to make fun of you because of that but i found in some of there little grouping there atleast one person trying to hind the fact that thay like it. I seen many of them doodle anime and even seen them buy books and anime in the mall and book store. lol I dont really have problem with like-ing anime in school. But I do hang out with a big group of freind to defend me anyway so i kind of lucky. rolleyes
