- Description: Long ago, before humans in Gaia, there were four fairies. Each fairy created a season, and they swore to divide the months equally. But each Feb. 2nd, the Winter Fairy and the Spring Fairy fought for control. Tired of their fighting, a groundhog offered to decide who controls Feb. They agreed and from then on, whenever the groundhog didn't see his shadow, the Fairy of Spring would control the season until Summer. And so in the year of 2009, the Fairy of Winter reins again.
