- His hair sticks UP, not down, eyes are wrong color, face is boring, coat is too short, no TARDIS, I'm pretty sure Gaia has blue pinstripe pants, and the sunglasses should be regular glasses. 1/5

- Hair is off, he has regular reading glasses, I'm sure they have a better AND light trenchcoat (which actually goes with brown outfit), and the eyes are supposed to be brown. 2/5

Male base, different hair (the one you have is more 11th Doctor), no sunglasses, brown eyes (see here: http://tinyurl.com/c8yuffm), jacket needs to be longer (it's pretty much floor length), a background of sorts since it's plain, etc. This could've been way better.
As for the ref: could've went to photobucket/google and pasted a link into a comment. But if you're dead set on using something from a video, print screen it and upload it to photobucket or just link the video. - Report As Spam
