- Description: One of my all time favorite episodes of Spongebob Squarepants. For those who do not know Spongebob finally realizes he's weak and begins a training routine with Sandy. Problem is the routine is a bit extreme. Being the idiot we all know and love he sees an ad on TV about inflatable arms, or Anchor Arms. Toward the end Spongebob gets put into a Anchor throwing contest and loses revealing his arms to be fake.
