I think you did quite a good job but I, like most, feel that it could be better.
Perhaps if you changed the hair to "Guy's Moby Gray" than it would become more fitting. The markings appear fairly accurate but try to see what else is available because the ones around the eyes and on the arms don't seem to match up all too much. Lastly, try to incorporate more belts into the avatar. I don't think you could go wrong that way.
