As you noticed by his name, he's a jester who has an huge, inflated ego and considers himself above good and evil.
Due to his arrogant personality, he doesn't care if you're right or wrong: you either have to fully agree with him or taste his nasty scythe. Because his words are "gospel truth".
He's also good in playing "mind games" with the Visitors, forcing them to go into a trip of guilt, self-condemnation and even depression. He literally takes you to a place "where dreams go to die". - Date: 01/16/2014
