- Description: Luminescence, a Winged ISO, went to the Grid in search of other ISO's that survived the genocide, but what she found was a city in decay inhabited by malfunctioning Programs. Something had to be done, so the Winged, the remaining functioning Programs, and Luminescence turned the Grid into a luminescent utopia before the end of the tenth light year. As a result, Luminescence was crowned queen for bringing on the Neon Age to the Grid.
