- Furthermore, there is a character named Titanium Man who wears the original silver colored outfit (NOT WAR MACHINE) but the outfit before it was dyed red and gold. Basically the one in the reference pic. I may not have read the comics but I did follow the tv series when I was a kid.

- Iamjett, if you had read what I said, I stated War Machine was the prototype. I know these things. The image shown is the first version of Stark's Iron Man suit (after the war machine prototype) I was saying the Iron Man suit was actually made of titanium while War Machine was IRON, which is why Stark went by Iron Man with the development of the second suit

actually war machine wasnt titanium man war machine was called war machine nothing else, the prototype tony stark created was iron man which he made in tales of suspense #39 then he slimmed it down to what you call titanium man which was still iron man in name after that he added the red coloring then the gold to make it look nicer, ive read the comics plus read stan lees stories bout all these things
