From comic 27 of the Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi series,created by Bleedman,Buttercup underways a serious change of style after seeing one too many Dragon Ball episodes.She pops in with blonde hair durring one of the girls training sessions as a Super Saiyan.

I just had to do a version of Buttercup after reading this comic.That yellow ball is the attack she is doing in the comic.
