It's suppose to be a noble/royal dark elf ready in case of her being attacked. For the outfit, I tried to refine the look to make her look like she's going to a party. For the background, I used Vampire items to get a night-time feel. I had to use a lot of Halloween event items, and this works best in my opinion as long as she has the dark elf skin.
I hope they make the skins of the factions items.
