Bio:
The child of two metahuman parents, young Julian witnessed firsthand how people reacted to others with powers, as his family was run out of town due to their strange abilities. When his own powers emerged, he kept them hidden for fear that people would hate him as they did his parents. He chose, as he believed many like him did, to lead a normal existence.
Powers:
Telekinesis: Projection of psychokinetic energy enables him to levitate objects, propel or manipulate them however he wishes, lift himself and move through the air to simulate flight, stimulate individual molecules to create heat, generate concussive force as blasts or bursts, and create protective shields.
Telekinetic Energy Constructs: Julian possesses a unique form of telekinesis. Like other telekinetics, Julian's brain generates psionic energy that he uses to levitate and manipulate people and objects. However, unlike other telekinetics, Julian's psionic energy is completely visible to the naked eye and manifests itself as quasi-solid constructs. Hence, when Julian mentally levitates something, a giant hand of energy appears to pick up that object. Julian can also use his power offensively such as generating giant fists or hammers to smash or bludgeon his foes.
Flight: Based on his telekinesis Julian can levitate himself to fly.
Abilities: His powers, abilities, skills, and unrelenting nature make him a formidable opponent. Julian has some training in self defense and martial arts.
Weakness:
The telekinetic constructs will continue to exist as long as Julian concentrates on them. They will vanish if he is distracted or is knocked unconscious.
