We have gnomes that look after your house, but to be careful not to sign any contracts with them you can't uphold. They get petty if you don't hold your end of the bargain. Sometimes you don't even realize you entered the contract either, like I out a bowl of porridge out on the porch for the cats and it was gone moments later. Thinking no further of it, I found the stove had been magically cleaned without my doing. I put porridge out the day after, and found another chore done. Then one day I forgot, after being unwell, and the stove burnt down the kitchen...
I haven't forgot the porridge since. emotion_c8
